Application Reminders

One application per applicant*

$20.00 Application fee for each applicant*
(Cashiers check or Money order) 

Copy of photo ID for each applicant*

 2^nd ID required if address on Photo ID does not match the current address listed on the application (utility bill, pay stub or other mail showing name and current address)

 Copy of most recent pay stub
(not required, but assists with the verification process) 

Copy of most recent report card for any school age children that will reside in unit. 

*Applicant = anyone to reside in unit age 18 or over
